Liaison Agent

Groupe Fix Auto (Pointe aux Trembles) is currently looking for a Liaison Agent to join its dynamic team. Acting as a key link between customers and the workshop, the successful candidate will provide a professional welcome, ensure efficient customer service, and help build customer loyalty.

Main responsibilities:

    • Answer phone calls and follow up with customers;
    • Greet and assist customers in the workshop;
    • Manage vehicle repair files in collaboration with internal teams and insurers;
    • Perform various administrative tasks (billing, follow-ups, document management, etc.).

Required profile:

    • Experience in a body shop (a significant asset);
    • Passion for customer service;
    • Excellent interpersonal skills (customers, colleagues, partners);
    • Comfortable with computers and Microsoft Office;
    • Intermediate level of English;
    • Professional appearance;
    • Punctuality, courtesy, discretion, and professionalism.
