Main responsibilities

    • Greet customers;
    • Prepare repair estimates;
    • Complete estimates;
    • Explain repairs to be performed and offer additional work;
    • Follow up with customers and insurers in a courteous and professional manner.

Required profile

    • Valid driver's licence;
    • Excellent interpersonal skills (customers, colleagues, and insurers); organization, autonomy, and thoroughness;
    • Knowledge of Audatex and Mitchell software (an asset);
    • Intermediate level of English (an asset);
