Main responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the sales department by implementing processes and procedures, while leading the sales team to ensure optimal customer reception and high satisfaction levels;
- Support sales from negotiation to closing in collaboration with sales advisors and after-sales service;
- Train and guide advisors to optimize their performance and ensure customer follow-up, while encouraging continuous learning through regular meetings and manufacturer programs;
- Analyze and monitor performance, reporting to management and organizing regular meetings;
- Manage logistics, including key security and vehicle availability;
- Handle customer complaints and maintain excellent customer relations;
- Collaborate with the service manager to ensure the timely preparation of vehicles for delivery;
- Meet with the general manager to analyze monthly forecasts and performance reports for the department and sales team;
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to communicate in French and English to meet the needs of our bilingual clientele;
- Advanced skills in sales, negotiation, and interpersonal relations;
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and exemplary customer service;
- Ability to solve problems with a proactive attitude;
- Excellent team management, combining organization, quality customer service, respected leadership, and a supportive, effective approach;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Team spirit and commitment to common goals.
