We are currently looking for an experienced Financial & Insurance Manager who wants to make a long-term commitment to a company that values quality work, autonomy, and collaboration.

Your role: reporting to senior management, you will play a key role in the customer experience and financial performance of the dealership.

Your main responsibilities:

- Propose and conclude financing, insurance, and extended warranty solutions tailored to customer needs;
- Submit, negotiate, and follow up on financing applications with financial institutions;
- Ensure the compliance, accuracy, and completeness of financial files;
- Finalize transactions and ensure the smooth and professional signing of banking documents;
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve performance objectives;
- Maintain high standards of compliance, ethics, and customer satisfaction;
- Perform administrative follow-up related to transactions and customer files.

Required profile:

- Mandatory experience as a financial manager in a car dealership;
- Bilingualism in French / English (customers and financial institutions);
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills;
- Strong organizational skills, thoroughness, and attention to detail;
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple files simultaneously;
- Professional, positive, and results-oriented attitude.
