Canadian Tire Repentigny is currently looking for a motivated, organized Service Advisor to join its team.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Greet customers professionally and build trust;
- Identify maintenance and repair needs;
- Clearly explain recommended work;
- Open and manage work orders;
- Ensure smooth communication between the workshop and customers;
- Follow up on files and maximize customer satisfaction;
- Provide honest and effective advice.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Service Advisor;
- Good knowledge of the automotive industry;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Ability to manage multiple files in a dynamic environment;
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and professionalism.
