Saint-Basile Chrysler is experiencing strong growth and is looking for a Sales Manager to join its team.
This position is for someone who is passionate about automotive sales, has strong leadership skills, and is eager to actively contribute to the performance and development of a dynamic sales team. Your responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of floor operations;
- Supervising, coaching, and motivating sales representatives to meet and exceed established objectives;
- Participating in the development and implementation of sales strategies;
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of individual and team performance;
- Ensuring a quality customer experience in line with standards;
- Supervising and ensuring rigorous follow-up in the CRM.

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in French and English;
