Service Advisor

Toyota Gabriel St Laurent is looking for a candidate to fill a Service Advisor position within our service team which is currently experiencing strong growth.

Job description - you will:

- Greet customers;
- Gather information from customers and open work orders;
- Advise our customers on the preventive maintenance recommended by the manufacturer;
- Ensure a rigorous follow-up with customers;
- Organize the work execution schedule;
- Close work orders.

Requirements:

- 1 to 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor;
- Bilingual, in French and English, both orally and in writing;
- Knowledge of automotive mechanics (an asset);
- Innate talent for customer service;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Neat and professional appearance.

We offer an interesting schedule from Monday to Thursday, from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and on Fridays, from 7 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
