General description:
As part of a confidential mandate, we are recruiting an Internal Service Advisor to provide expert technical and operational support to internal teams and ensure the performance and quality of maintenance and after-sales service interventions in our organization located on the north shore of Montreal. This position aims to optimize diagnostics, procedures, and results, while promoting customer service excellence and operational safety.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide internal technical support to technicians and operational teams on diagnostics, repairs, and procedures specific to the company's offerings and products.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues and propose effective solutions using appropriate diagnostic tools and technical databases.
- Serve as a technical liaison between field teams, the product department, and quality to ensure compliance, safety, and efficiency of interventions.
- Train and support internal teams on new technologies, diagnostic tools, and operational procedures.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of internal processes to reduce service times and optimize performance.
- Follow up on warranty and technical service requests in collaboration with the relevant departments.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements applicable to the automotive sector.
- Collaborate with suppliers and partners to optimize parts, tools, and technical practices.
Required profile:
- Minimum of one year of experience in an internal technical role or in a context related to the automotive industry (after-sales service, technical support, maintenance, or engineering).
- Good knowledge of automotive and electronic systems, as well as common diagnostics and procedures.
- Proficiency in relevant diagnostic tools and technical software (diagnostics, parts databases, and procedures).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French; English is an asset.
- Analytical mind, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail; service-oriented.
- Ability to work independently while promoting teamwork and respect for priorities.
- Availability for flexible hours and ability to work on site when necessary.
- Discretion and respect for sensitive information and confidentiality requirements.
