You are known for:
- Your sales excellence and your ability to close deals with tact and professionalism;
- Your bilingualism (French and English), which allows you to serve our diverse clientele well;

Requirements and assets:
- Relevant experience in automotive sales, ideally between 1 and 3 years of experience;
- Basic computer skills;
- Familiarity with the One-Eight (CDK) system is a significant advantage.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the incumbent is responsible for representing the dealership to its customers and achieving sales targets. More specifically, you will:
- Welcome customers to the dealership and establish a relationship of trust in order to clearly identify their needs;
- Present and advise customers on new Hyundai vehicles, highlighting their features, benefits, and technologies;
- Conduct test drives and accompany customers throughout the purchasing process;
- Negotiate and close sales by providing exceptional customer service;
- Explain financing and leasing options in collaboration with the finance department;
- Ensure rigorous follow-up with potential and existing customers to promote loyalty;
- Keep up to date with Hyundai models, current promotions, and market trends.
- Use the CRM system (Acitvix) to facilitate customer and sales follow-up.
- Work in collaboration with other departments to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience.
- Meet and exceed the sales targets set by the dealership.
