Sales Manager - Pre-Owned Vehicles

Boucherville Chrysler is looking for a strategic, motivating, and results-oriented Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Manager to lead and grow its used vehicle department. If you have solid experience in automotive sales management and want to grow within a dealership known for its dynamism and performance, this opportunity is for you.

Reporting to senior management, the incumbent will have full responsibility for the operations, performance, and profitability of the pre-owned vehicles department.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, direct, and optimize the operations of the used vehicle department.
- Supervise, train, and motivate the sales representative team.
- Set and ensure the achievement of sales, margin, and volume targets;
- Oversee the management of the used vehicle inventory (acquisitions, marketing, rotation);
- Analyze performance, key indicators, and sales reports;
- Implement effective pricing, promotion, and marketing strategies;
- Ensure the quality of the customer experience and compliance with dealership standards;
- Work closely with the financing, service, and management departments;
- Ensure compliance with internal, legal, and manufacturer policies;
- Actively participate in business development and department growth.

Required profile:

- Significant experience in used vehicle sales management at a car dealership;
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team mobilization skills;
- Excellent financial analysis and performance management skills;
- Strong results orientation and business acumen;
- Ability to make strategic decisions in a dynamic environment;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Proficiency in computer tools and automotive management systems;
- Valid driver's license.
