Your responsibilities:

- Greet and advise customers interested in purchasing new Cadillac vehicles;
- Identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions;
- Conduct demonstrations and test drives;
- Present options, accessories, and financing offers;
- Accompany the customer through every step of the purchasing process until delivery;
- Follow up regularly with potential customers;
- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Job requirements:

- Experience in automotive sales, ideally with new vehicles, is mandatory;
- Bilingual (French and English) – spoken and written;
- Outgoing, professional, and service-oriented personality;
- Organizational skills, punctuality, and thoroughness;
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
