Serving the Sainte-Adèle region, Desjardins Marine is a leading company offering new and pre-owned boats and motorized vehicles, as well as a wide range of accessories. Desjardins Marine has a staff of around 30 employees and offers a dynamic and professional work environment.
Description:
Under the Operations Manager's supervision, the Service Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating the activities of the service department, which sells repair, delivery, and cleaning services for motorized vehicles. The main activities of this position are managing staff and assigning tasks, as well as assessing customer needs and resolving complaints.
Required skills:
The ideal candidate must be dynamic and direct with employees. They must be comfortable and effective working in a team. The candidate must be able to manage stress and time, and therefore be methodical in planning tasks. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is also preferred. French and English are mandatory.
Required education:
College diploma in administration and knowledge of motor vehicle and watercraft mechanics.
Experience required:
Significant experience (approximately 5 years) in managing a mechanical department, preferably in a company operating in the nautical and motorized field.
