Job description

Are you a motivated Salesperson who likes to create opportunities rather than wait for customers to come to you?
Do you want to work with an existing, enthusiastic, and qualified customer base?

We are looking for a Salesperson who is 100% dedicated to reactivating and retaining our existing customer base in our used vehicle department. This position is a strategic role within our dealership. You will have access to a customer database spanning several years, and your mandate will be to transform these relationships into new sales.

Your main role: develop and manage a portfolio of existing customers in order to:

- Reconnect with our former customers;
- Maintain a long-term relationship of trust;
- Identify opportunities for vehicle replacement or upgrade;
- Promote trade-in value;
- Generate qualified appointments;
- Close sales resulting from the follow-up;
- No external cold calling: you will work exclusively with our current clientele.

Other responsibilities:

- Make structured outgoing calls to existing customers;
- Follow up by phone, text, and email;
- Analyze customer files (seniority, vehicle, financing, and leasing);
- Propose appropriate replacement solutions;
- Make and schedule appointments at the dealership;
- Accompany the customer until the sale is closed;
- Update information in the CRM.

Requirements:

- Experience in automotive sales (a significant asset);
- Comfortable on the phone and with customer relations;
- Organized, consistent, and independent;
- Motivated by performance and results;
- Positive and solution-oriented attitude.
