As our Parts Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of the parts department, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and outstanding service for both our customers and internal teams. You'll play a key leadership role, supporting technicians and advisors while building a positive, collaborative environment rooted in accountability and pride in doing things right.

Wage: $50,000 - $55,000 annually plus bonus plan

What You'll Do:

 

• Lead and inspire the Parts Department team to deliver top-tier customer service and efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best pricing and timely deliveries.
• Manage inventory with precision, ensuring optimal stock levels while minimizing waste.
• Oversee financials, including budgeting, pricing strategies, and cost control, to drive profitability.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Service teams to ensure seamless parts availability and operations.

What We're Looking For:

 

• Minimum 2years experience in a similar role.
• Expertise in inventory management, supply chain logistics, and trade distribution.
• Proven leadership and coaching skills to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong numeracy, administrative, and communication skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, automotive industry standards, and best practices.
