Longueuil Toyota, proud to have recently joined Action Grenier Autogroupe, is undergoing a transformation and embarking on a new chapter under dynamic and ambitious new management.
Longueuil Toyota is looking for a New Vehicles Sales Manager. Reporting to senior management, the successful candidate will play a key role in achieving volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction objectives, while adhering to Toyota standards.
Responsibilities:
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the team of new vehicle sales representatives.
• Implement effective sales strategies and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze results and adjust action plans to meet or exceed objectives.
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience in line with Toyota standards.
• Work closely with the financing, after-sales service, and general management departments.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer policies and internal procedures.
Required profile
• Experience in automotive sales management, ideally with new vehicles.
• Motivational leadership, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.
The salary offered starts at $100k per year!
