Compensation Commensurate with Knowledge, Skills & Experience

What You'll Be Doing:

 

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of service professionals.
  • Drive customer satisfaction, profitability, and service excellence.
  • Oversee repair procedures and uphold dealership standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and assist with complex diagnostics.
  • Manage shop tools, equipment, and organization to maximize efficiency.
  • Train and develop team members for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor productivity and performance to ensure department goals are met.
  • Deliver timely, outstanding customer service and support.
  • Foster a customer-first culture through coaching and mentorship.


What We're Looking For:

 

  • 3+ years of automotive experience, ideally in the service department.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Highly organized, hardworking, and self-driven.
  • Strong time management abilities to oversee a busy service operation.
  • Prior leadership experience is a strong asset.
