Steele Atlantic Mazda Is Looking for a Sales Manager to Lead the Team and Redefine the Experience

As a destination for Mazda in Atlantic Canada, we're searching for a forward-thinking Sales Manager who can inspire excellence, build lasting customer relationships, and elevate our guest experience.

What You'll Do
We're looking for a sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
In this role, you'll guide a strong team, drive performance, and deliver the experience Mazda guests expect.
- Inspire, coach, and motivate a high-performance sales team to exceed targets
- Develop strategic sales plans and champion innovative, results-driven initiatives
- Lead the full sales cycle for new and pre-owned vehicles-desk deals, manage inventory, and maintain healthy deal flow
- Oversee vehicle ordering, merchandising, and ensure our online presence reflects the Mazda brand
- Partner with marketing to create traffic-driving campaigns and engaging digital content
- Use vAuto, PBS, and performance reports to analyze results and identify growth opportunities
- Foster a guest-first culture-from first interaction to final delivery
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity
- Collaborate with finance, service, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless dealership experience
- Participate in manufacturer training and leadership development-because growth never stops
What You Bring
You're a leader, a mentor, and a customer-experience champion with a passion for the automotive industry.
- Proven success in automotive sales management (new and pre-owned)
- Experience with Mazda or a strong understanding of import brands is an asset
- Familiarity with vAuto and PBS-or the drive to master them
- Strong knowledge of digital retailing and modern merchandising practices
- Passion for vehicles, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to performance
- Willingness to travel for manufacturer training and development
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
