What You'll Do
 

  • Provide personal care support (bathing, grooming, toileting, hygiene)
  • Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
  • Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands
  • Safely transport clients to appointments and outings as required
  • Document care accurately using our digital Care App (WellSky)

What We're Looking For
 

  • Minimum 6 months of professional caregiving or home support experience (senior care preferred)
  • Comfortable working a flexible, changing schedule based on client needs
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license (mandatory)
  • Reliable personal vehicle available for client transportation
  • Business-use auto insurance (required)
  • Strong communication skills, compassion, and dependability
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • CPR/First Aid and/or Food Safe certification are assets (not required)

Job Requirements
 

  • Must reside in Richmond, BC
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (Citizen, PR, or valid Work Permit)
  • Availability for a range of shift lengths and times
