$19.02 - $21.47 per hour, based on experience

What You'll Do
- Provide personal care support (bathing, grooming, toileting, hygiene)
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
- Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands
- Safely transport clients to appointments and outings as required
- Document care accurately using our digital Care App (WellSky)
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 6 months of professional caregiving or home support experience (senior care preferred)
- Comfortable working a flexible, changing schedule based on client needs
- Valid Class 5 driver's license (mandatory)
- Reliable personal vehicle available for client transportation
- Business-use auto insurance (required)
- Strong communication skills, compassion, and dependability
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- CPR/First Aid and/or Food Safe certification are assets (not required)
Job Requirements
- Must reside in Richmond, BC
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (Citizen, PR, or valid Work Permit)
- Availability for a range of shift lengths and times
