Your Area of Focus
As an Automotive Sales Associate, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchase journey-online, over the phone, and in person. Using strong communication and relationship-building skills, you'll help customers select the right vehicle, negotiate terms that fit their lifestyle and budget, and deliver an exceptional buying experience.

What Drives Your Day-to-Day
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom while maintaining a professional, welcoming environment
- Act as a subject-matter expert on new and used vehicles, financing options, and application processes
- Build rapport with customers and guide them through vehicle selection and payment negotiations
- Present vehicles through test drives, demonstrations, and dealership walk-throughs
- Maintain accurate customer records to drive repeat and referral business
- Proactively follow up with prospects via phone and email to maintain a full appointment calendar
- Leverage negotiation skills while ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Follow dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and required training programs
- Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership
What Are the Must-Haves
- Must be 18 years of age or older (insurance requirement)
- Valid provincial driver's license with acceptable driver's abstract
- Authorized documentation to work in Canada
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background and MVR screening
- Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred
- 3+ years of customer-facing experience required (sales, retail, marketing, or customer service preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Competitive drive, resilience, consistency, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role
