Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Seasonal
Location: Airdrie, Alberta

We are hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for the seasonal period from April 2026 to September 2026 at our Airdrie, Alberta dealership. Both full-time and part-time seasonal positions are available.
Ideal Candidates
- Are fluent in German or Dutch
Job Responsibilities
- Meet and greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude
- Provide RV rental information and guidance
- Walk customers through paperwork at pick-up and drop-off
- Demonstrate RV features (truck campers and motorhomes) at pick-up
- Check in returning RVs and resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Assist other departments as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Fluent in English plus German or Dutch
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
- Energetic and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Friendly, outgoing personality and comfortable working with an international clientele
- Able to work weekends and in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented, with a desire to help make customers' vacation dreams come true
