Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Seasonal

Location: Airdrie, Alberta

We are hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for the seasonal period from April 2026 to September 2026 at our Airdrie, Alberta dealership. Both full-time and part-time seasonal positions are available.

Ideal Candidates

 

  • Are fluent in German or Dutch


Job Responsibilities

 

  • Meet and greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Provide RV rental information and guidance
  • Walk customers through paperwork at pick-up and drop-off
  • Demonstrate RV features (truck campers and motorhomes) at pick-up
  • Check in returning RVs and resolve customer concerns efficiently
  • Assist other departments as needed


Qualifications & Skills

 

  • Fluent in English plus German or Dutch
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
  • Energetic and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Friendly, outgoing personality and comfortable working with an international clientele
  • Able to work weekends and in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented, with a desire to help make customers' vacation dreams come true
