Location: Airdrie, Alberta
Employment Type: Full Time Seasonal
Season: May 2026 to September 2026

We are hiring a Full Time Seasonal PDI Technician for our Airdrie, AB dealership. This role is key to ensuring our rental and sales RVs are inspected, prepared, and ready for safe and smooth customer experiences.

Hours and days of work are based on business levels. The dealership operates Monday to Saturday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and availability during scheduled shifts is required.

What You Will Be Doing

 

  • Perform Pre Delivery Inspections on rental and sales RV units
  • Complete minor repairs including appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and basic maintenance such as oil changes
  • Review and complete vehicle work orders accurately
  • Identify and report major repair needs to the Service Department
  • Stock RVs with required rental equipment
  • Support the Fleet Coordinator to ensure efficient vehicle turnaround
  • Top up vehicle fluids and prepare units for customer use
  • Transfer vehicles between dealerships, storage locations, and repair facilities
  • Winterize and de winterize RVs as required
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Rentals Manager


What Makes You a Strong Fit

 

  • Experience with RV or trailer repairs is an asset
  • Background in plumbing, carpentry, or electrical work automotive or industrial
  • General mechanical or home renovation skills
  • Level 1 RV Certificate is an asset but not required
  • Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills
  • Comfortable working rotating Saturdays during peak season
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license required
  • Comfortable driving vehicles up to 30 feet in length
  • Willing to work weekends and overtime as needed


Working Conditions

 

  • Physically active role involving standing, bending, lifting, and working outdoors
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
  • Work may involve varying weather conditions
  • Busy seasonal environment with tight turnaround timelines
