Service Advisor - Legacy Dodge - Fort McMurray, AB
Legacy Dodge in Fort McMurray is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team.
As a Service Advisor, you are the first point of contact for our service customers. You will schedule service work, explain recommended and required services, and ensure clear communication between customers and Service Technicians. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and respond to service inquiries
- Schedule service appointments efficiently
- Explain service recommendations, timelines, and costs clearly
- Sell recommended services and related merchandise
- Process payments and handle basic financial transactions
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Maintain accurate records, statistics, and service documentation
- Perform general office and administrative duties as required
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous dealership experience is an asset
- Sales experience is an asset
- Comfortable using computer systems and automotive software
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong work ethic
- Passion for the automotive industry
