The Cadillac Retail Experience Manager reports directly to the Cadillac National Sales Operations and is responsible for managing the strategic direction, performance framework, and future-state design of the Cadillac Retail Network, Cadillac luxury image program, Dealer performance programs, and Cadillac Certified Pre-Owned program. This role is key in aligning retail standards, customer experience, and dealer engagement with Cadillac's broader business objectives and luxury growth ambitions. The successful candidate will be tasked with providing clear direction and leadership to a diverse team, empowering members to deliver high-quality results through collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. This role is instrumental in developing a high-performing, modern dealer network that consistently meets the expectations of Tier-One Luxury customers today and into the future.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Cadillac Dealer Facility Image Program
 

  • Subject matter expert for the Cadillac Dealership Luxury Facility Image program
  • Work with outside suppliers and support staff including architectural firm(s) and project management teams to ensure dealers are in compliance with the critical elements of the Cadillac Image program
  • Communicate with global counterparts when required to keep apprised of upcoming Image activities
  • Manage guidelines and documentation of the program
  • Manage Cadillac Image Assistance program to ensure budgeting, forecasting, and dealer payments are executed


Cadillac Pinnacle Dealer Performance Program
 

  • Drive the ongoing evolution of the Cadillac Dealer Pinnacle Program, ensuring the rewards structure drives Tier-One Luxury standards and priority dealer behaviors.
  • Guide program design, performance metrics, and incentive alignment to maximize dealer engagement, attainment, and business impact.
  • Ensure alignment between Pinnacle and Cadillac's broader retail and customer experience tactics


Cadillac Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Program
 

  • Create & seek approval for CPO Incentive proposals
  • Produce and manage yearly media plan with agency of record for the CPO program
  • Manage and adjust budgets, including forecasting of revenue and collections from dealers


Develop and Manage Cadillac Training curriculum
 

  • Lead the execution of Cadillac Academy, delivering a national dealer training curriculum that elevates product knowledge and the Tier-One Luxury retail experience
  • Ensure training aligns with Cadillac's business priorities and premium brand standards, including new product launches and evolving retail capabilities
  • Continuously refine curriculum and delivery to drive measurable dealer performance and engagement


Additional Responsibilities
 

  • Work closely with the Dealer Organization team on re-contracting, buy sells and all other multi-brand decisions and processes affecting Cadillac branded dealerships
  • Keep current on similar competitive OEM programs
  • Build & maintain internal and external relationships (agencies, vendors, other gm departments, etc.)
  • Provide input into yearly business planning


REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
 

  • Successut completion of a Univeristy Degree or College Diploma
  • Minimum 3 years automotive experience with a functional knowledge of Brand Image and Facility development's impact on the shopping, buying and ownership experience
  • Strong understanding of dealership operating processes and practices
  • Dealer / Field Experience
  • Excellent communication, consensus building, and meeting facilitation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to work with various stakeholder groups
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments utilizing highly efficient time management skills
  • High level of analytical, creative and problem-solving abilities
  • Microsoft Office Suite expertise including but not limited to, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experiencer building dashboards using visualization tools such as Power BI
  • Self-starting, responsible, and highly motivated individual
  • High degree of professionalism and integrity

  • Proven ability to interact effectively and professionally with team members, vendors, suppliers, dealers and leadership team
  • Familiarity with GM brands and dealer network structure

  • GM or other OEM Field / Dealer / Sales experience


Compensation

The salary range for this role is $97,800.00 to $146,600.00. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
