Valleyfield Honda is hiring a Follow-up Clerk!

Your day-to-day responsibilities:
• Make follow-up calls to customers (sales and service);
• Confirm and schedule appointments;
• Follow up with customers after visits or service calls;
• Update customer files in the system;
• Provide courteous and professional customer service;
• Collaborate with the sales and service teams.
The profile we are looking for:
• Comfortable on the phone and with customer communications;
• Excellent oral communication skills;
• Organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Independence and reliability;
• Positive attitude and customer service orientation;
• Experience in follow-up or customer service (an asset).

Schedule:
• Full-time;
• Monday to Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.;
• Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
