At Valleyfield Honda, the technical advisor is at the heart of the customer experience. You are the essential link between our customers and our workshop, and your role makes all the difference every day.

Your role with us:

    • Greet customers with professionalism and a smile.
    • Understand their needs and advise them honestly and clearly.
    • Open work orders and prepare estimates.
    • Present Honda-recommended maintenance services.
    • Coordinate repairs with the team of technicians.
    • Ensure rigorous and transparent follow-up on work;
    • Explain repairs and the bill when returning the vehicle;
    • Provide a customer experience that meets Honda standards;

What we are looking for:

    • Experience as a technical advisor or in the automotive field (a major asset);
    • Good knowledge of mechanics;
    • Excellent customer service skills;
    • Ability to manage multiple files at once;
    • Positive, organized, and professional attitude;
    • Comfortable with computers.

Schedule:

- Full-time;
- Monday to Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.;
- Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
