Are you passionate about the automotive industry and looking to grow within a team that will recognize your true value? Hyundai Sorel-Tracy is currently looking for a Parts Clerk to join its existing team.
As a Parts Clerk, you will be responsible for:
- Opening and closing internal sales work orders;
- Follow up on work and after-sales work as needed;
- Coordinate subcontractors;
- Follow up on parts returns requested by the manufacturer;
- Manage insurance claims and warranty claims;
- Assist sales department customers with mechanical problems in the repair process before or after delivery;
- Replace Hyundai and Kia Sorel-Tracy technical advisors and parts clerks as needed;
- Participate in tasks related to the yard attendant position (snow removal, tires, etc.);
- Perform all other related tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Parts Clerk;
- Knowledge of Serti software (an asset);
- Knowledge of Hyundai products (an asset);
- Independence, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize.

Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Fridays, from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.;
- Day shift.
Salary: starting at $24 per hour depending on experience.
