Your role:

    • Support customers every step of the way, from identifying their needs to delivery, by offering personalized and attentive service.
    • Develop new business opportunities and build customer loyalty;
    • Ensure effective management of prospects and the sales cycle using our CRM;
    • Actively participate in trade shows, promotional events, and development initiatives;
    • Perform rigorous after-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

    • Business hours are Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. There is no evening work, and you get one day off during the week as well as Sunday;

Required profile:

    • Significant experience in sales consulting, preferably in the recreational vehicle, automotive, nautical, or similar fields;
    • Proficiency in digital tools and CRM software;
    • Bilingualism (French/English)*;
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, listening skills, and team spirit.

* Occasional interactions in English, both spoken and written, with customers, suppliers, and manufacturers located outside Quebec are to be expected.
