Job description

Your role:

Under the Service Manager's supervision, you will be the main point of contact between customers and the mechanical workshop. You will help provide an exceptional customer experience, coordinate service work, and ensure smooth communication between customers, technicians, and the parts team.

Main responsibilities:

    • Greet customers and answer phone calls and emails;
    • Analyze customer needs and accurately document reported issues on work orders;
    • Prepare estimates of time and parts required and obtain customer approval;
    • Schedule work in the workshop according to estimated time and parts availability;
    • Distribute work orders to technicians and monitor progress on a daily basis;
    • Coordinate customer arrivals and departures at the service department;
    • Receive new recreational vehicles (RVs) from the manufacturer as well as used RVs from customers;
    • Complete the required forms, including DAFs (Dealer Acceptance Forms);
    • Ensure work orders are closed once repairs are completed, in accordance with company procedures;
    • Obtain customer payments in accordance with internal policies;
    • Coordinate the preparation, inspection, and delivery of vehicles upon sale;
    • Maintain clear and professional communication between customers, technicians, and other departments;
    • Contribute to providing a positive customer experience that is structured and consistent with company quality standards.

Desired profile:

We are looking for someone with an excellent service attitude and strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple files efficiently while providing a positive customer experience.

    • Customer service skills and professionalism;
    • Ability to communicate and work well in a team;
    • Good organizational skills, thoroughness, and autonomy;
    • Ability to anticipate needs and prioritize tasks;
    • Calm and able to handle multiple requests simultaneously.

Requirements:

    • Good computer skills (Office suite, calendar management, email);
    • Experience in customer service or work coordination;
    • Knowledge of mechanics or VR (an asset);
    • Fluent French; English a considerable asset.

Working conditions:

    • Permanent full-time position;
    • Daytime, weekday schedule (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.);
