Job description
Receptionist and Customer Experience Agent – Cadillac.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job type: Full-time – permanent.
We are looking for a receptionist and customer experience agent to join the team at Canada's largest Cadillac dealership.
You will be the first point of contact for customers and will play a key role in the dealership's professional image by providing a courteous, structured welcome focused on service excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner;
- Direct customers to the appropriate departments (sales, service, parts);
- Answer and forward phone calls;
- Manage general emails;
- Make appointments as needed;
- Maintain a clean reception area that reflects Cadillac standards;
- Provide basic administrative support.
Required profile:
- Experience in reception or customer service (automotive: an asset);
- Excellent communication skills in French;
- Bilingualism in French and English (important asset);
- Neat appearance and professional attitude;
- Organizational skills and customer service orientation.
