Job description
We are looking for a Liaison Agent to serve as the essential link between our customers, insurers, and the workshop team.
Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service;
• Follow up on files with insurance companies;
• Communicate work progress to customers;
• Coordinate information between the workshop, estimators, and insurers;
• Manage calls, emails, and administrative documents related to the file.
What we are looking for:
• Excellent communication and customer service skills;
• Organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Comfortable with various auto body software programs (Nexera, Audatex, Mitchell, etc., an asset);
• Ability to manage multiple files at once.
