Job description:

We are looking for a highly qualified Senior Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will have solid experience in the automotive industry, comprehensive knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram products, and excellent knowledge of the manufacturer's programs and tools.

Main responsibilities:

- Greet, advise, and assist customers throughout the purchasing process.
- Accurately identify needs and recommend the most suitable vehicles and options.
- Present and explain the advantages of the vehicles as well as financing and leasing options.
- Apply and master the manufacturer's programs, incentives, and promotions;
- Effectively use tools and software related to sales management and customer follow-up;
- Provide exemplary after-sales follow-up to build customer loyalty;
- Clear snow from vehicles in winter;
- Be responsible for the layout of vehicles on the lot according to management guidelines.

Mandatory requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive field;
- Level 3 training for the sale of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram products;
- In-depth knowledge and mastery of manufacturer programs;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills;
- Ability to work independently and in an organized manner, with a high level of professionalism;
- Residence within a maximum radius of 50 km from the dealership.

Complete mastery of the following tools and software:

- Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet, etc.);
- DMS Merlin;
- ACTIViX;
- vAuto.

Working conditions:

- Hourly wage of $34.62 with the possibility of performance-based bonuses;
- 40 hours per week;
- Variable schedule in the evenings and on Saturdays;
- Work every other Saturday;
- Off every other Wednesday;
