New and Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Representative

In this role, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the process of purchasing a new or pre-owned vehicle and providing them with a professional, transparent, and personalized experience that reflects Boucherville Chrysler's reputation.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers at the dealership and identify their needs;
- Advise and sell new and pre-owned vehicles;
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives;
- Negotiate and close sales in a professional manner;
- Ensure rigorous follow-up before, during, and after the sale;
- Develop and retain your customer base;
- Meet and exceed established sales targets.

Required profile:

- Experience in new and used vehicle sales is mandatory;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills;
- Independence, motivation, and a performance-oriented mindset;
- Professional and results-oriented attitude;
- Valid driver's licence.
