Job description

As Assistant Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Acting as a coach, motivating and supporting the entire team;
- Conducting “T.O.s” with each customer before they leave the dealership to increase the closing rate;
- Working in collaboration with the Sales Manager to maximize all sales opportunities;
- Manage exchanges between dealers on occasion;
- Replace the sales manager when absent;
- Stay informed about new developments in the market, promotions, and programs offered by manufacturers and financial institutions in order to communicate this information to sales consultants;
- Ensure that the CRM is up to date;
- Perform any other tasks as requested.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales Consultant position in the automotive industry;
- Bilingualism in order to communicate with English-speaking customers and respond appropriately to their needs;
- Talent as a closer and good leadership skills;
- Valid driver's licence;
- Experience in management;
- Customer service-oriented, results-oriented, and a team player;
- Very good computer skills (Merlin and Activix are important assets).
