At CAS Financement, we do things differently: a relaxed atmosphere, modern offices, a steady stream of second-chance customers (approximately 250 qualified leads per month), and a close-knit team that works together to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

We believe that auto financing can—and should—be simple, human, and transparent. Your role will be key in turning calls into real customer success stories.

What you'll do on a daily basis:

- Initiate initial contact with our customers (warm calls) to identify their needs and build a relationship of trust.
- Respond professionally to requests for information.
- Qualify customers for financing and offer them options tailored to their situation.
- Support customers after pre-approval to present them with vehicles that meet their criteria.
- Manage information efficiently in our CRM and ensure the necessary follow-up for each file.
- Work closely with the team to close transactions and ensure smooth and satisfactory delivery.

The profile we are looking for:

- Experience in sales (banking, automotive, telecommunications, door-to-door, or other relevant field).
- An asset: knowing how to read a credit file. If not, we'll teach you everything!
- Our clientele is mainly French-speaking, but it's a plus if you speak English or any other language.
- We want someone who is articulate, a good team player (no one-man shows here), and who isn't afraid to “roll up their sleeves” to make money.

What we offer:

- A permanent position with stable hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., one evening per week until 8:30 p.m., and one Saturday per month from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. – evenings and Saturdays can be worked remotely).
- Clientele provided – no need to hunt for clients, you can focus on conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Base salary for the first 4 weeks, then 100% commission-based compensation (the earning potential is in your hands!).
