Licensed Automotive Service Technician (310S or equivalent)

About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified Automotive Service Technician with dealership experience, preferably within a Ford dealership environment, to join our service team. The ideal candidate is skilled in diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance while delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

This role is ideal for a technician who takes pride in their work and is looking for long-term stability in a well-established Ford store.

Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and repair Ford vehicles using OEM tools and procedures;
- Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and scheduled services;
- Accurately complete work orders and repair documentation;
- Conduct road tests and verify repairs;
- Follow manufacturer standards and dealership processes;
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area;
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members;
- Stay current with Ford technical training and service bulletins.

Qualifications:

- Dealership experience required (Ford dealership experience strongly preferred);
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
