Job description
To support our Service Manager, we are looking for someone with solid experience in the service department of a mechanical workshop. We believe that the candidate must have experience as a Service Advisor in order to achieve the objectives of the position.
The duties of the position may vary depending on the candidate's strengths and experience. The goal is to work with the Manager to create a high-performing and efficient team to help the department exceed its goals. However, as a basic outline, here are the tasks to be performed:
- Greeting customers and opening work orders;
- Monitoring work in progress, parts received, and other items;
- Suggesting maintenance according to the manufacturer's guidelines;
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and following up on CSI;
- Ensuring that work orders are completed according to the manufacturer's standards;
- Comply with all procedures in place.
The candidate must be a good communicator and demonstrate leadership. They must work safely and promote this approach.
Knowledge of Serti software and experience in a dealership are definite assets.
