The Humberview Group is looking to add a Digital Marketing Specialist to our digital marketing team.

Our digital marketing team works in a hybrid model: most work from home, with team meetings held twice a month at one of our Mississauga dealerships. Occasional dealership visits may be required.

Work Model: Hybrid.
Work from home; with team meetings held twice a month at one of our Mississauga dealerships. Occasional dealership visits may be required.
Pay: $58,000 to $63,000 per year.
Job Duties:
- Strategy & Execution: You will design and execute comprehensive monthly digital marketing strategies that align with each dealership's unique business goals.
- Stakeholder Management: You will serve as the primary point of contact, maintaining seamless communication between dealership management and third-party vendors.
- Social Media Advertising: You will take full ownership of paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to drive high-quality leads and engagement.
- Vendor Oversight: You will supervise paid advertising vendors and other 3rd party tools and vendors, evaluate their performance to ensure maximum return on investment.
- Search Engine Optimization: You will spearhead a holistic SEO approach, including content marketing, on-site technical updates, off-site link building, and local search optimization.
- Web & UX Optimization: You will manage website content and offsite profiles, ensuring they are optimized for both user experience and SEO best practices.
- Technical Support: You will proactively track inventory issues and website functionalities, collaborating closely with support teams to ensure a flawless online customer journey.
- Data & Insights: You will leverage reporting and analytics tools to provide actionable insights and track the success of all digital initiatives.
- Email Marketing: You will develop and deploy high-impact email blasts to keep the dealership's audience engaged and informed of the latest offers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We Look For:
- 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong passion for the Digital world.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills: comfortable communicating with internal and external teams and can turn complex data into clear, easy-to-understand monthly reports for our dealers.
- Familiarity with traditional and local SEO - and you're already exploring the world of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).
- Previous hands-on experience launching and managing successful campaigns on Meta.
- Familiarity with the essentials like GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profiles, and you're comfortable using tools like SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or ChatGPT to get the job done.
- Strong knowledge on Excel or Google Sheets and enjoy working with data.
- Problem-solver: You have an analytical mind and a sharp eye for detail. When a challenge pops up, you're the one who finds a creative way to fix it.
- Team player: You love sharing new ideas, building great relationships, and helping the whole team win.
Nice-to-have Requirements:
- Experience with building and optimizing landing pages in Unbounce and other CMS
- Experience with running Google Ads campaigns
- Hands-on experience with Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel
- Automotive background is preferred but not required.
