Financial & Insurance Manager - F&I (Finance and Insurance) wanted!

Location: Gatineau, Quebec [onsite].
Job type: Full-time (flexible schedule, to be discussed – days, evenings, and weekends).
Potential salary: Commission-based salary: $100,000 to $150,000 (+) per year (depending on experience).

We are looking for a Financial & Insurance Manager to advise our customers and assist them in choosing warranties, protections, and financing options. Regardless of your past experience, we offer training to develop your knowledge and skills.

Your main responsibilities:

- Prepare credit files and submit applications to partner financial institutions;
- Follow up until final approval and delivery;
- Recommend relevant protection and insurance products based on customer needs;
- Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure a smooth transition and personalized customer service;
- Comply with dealership policies and legal standards.

Required qualities and skills:

- Knowledge of RV/automotive financing and insurance products;
- Good understanding of credit and financial institutions;
- Excellent skills with CRM and F&I tools (DealerTrack, PBS System, Industrial Alliance, etc.);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Active listening, empathy, and diplomacy;
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts.

Experience and training:

- At least 3 years of experience in the automotive/RV or financial services industry;
- AMF certification (an asset);
- Bilingual (French and English).
