- Be the Automotive Expert - Connect with customers, showcase the latest Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC lineup, and help them find their perfect ride!
- Crush Your Sales Goals - Take advantage of our high traffic and massive sales volume to drive BIG results!
- Deliver a 5-Star Customer Experience - Educate clients on vehicle features, financing options, and ensure a seamless purchase process!
- Close Deals & Celebrate Wins - Guide customers through test drives, finalize transactions, and deliver vehicles with confidence!
- Team Up for Success - Work alongside finance, service, and management teams to create an unbeatable customer experience!
What We're Looking For:
- Proven Track Record in the Auto Industry - Sales & customer service experience with at least 1 year in a similar role.
- Passion for the Automotive Industry - You love cars and helping people find the perfect one.
- Energetic & Personable - You make lasting impressions and build strong relationships.
- Top-Notch Communicator - Whether in person, on the phone, or over video, you connect effortlessly. (Bilingual is a plus!)
- Highly Organized & Motivated - You thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Team Player & Go-Getter - You collaborate well but can also hustle independently.
- Valid Driver's License - Essential for test drives and vehicle deliveries.
