Financial & Insurance Manager – Want to play a key role in the customer's final decision?

We are looking for a Financial & Insurance Manager who has mastered the art of explaining financing, insurance, and complementary products in layman's terms, without ever losing sight of the person behind the credit file.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

You will be involved at a strategic point in the purchasing process. Your role will be to reassure customers, answer their questions clearly, and finalize files in a thorough and professional manner.

Specifically, you will:

- Advise customers on their financing, life/health insurance, and other automotive-related product needs.
- Prepare financing and leasing applications in accordance with financial institution standards.
- Obtain, analyze, and verify credit applications.
- Carefully review sales contracts to ensure they are complete, accurate, and compliant with requirements.
- Facilitate remote customer interactions (phone, email, digital tools) for a smooth and efficient experience.
