Job description:

Longueuil Nissan is looking for a passionate and motivated Sales Consultant to join its new and pre-owned vehicles team. The incumbent will play a key role in supporting customers throughout the purchasing process, offering personalized advice and a high-level customer experience.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and identify their needs in terms of new and pre-owned vehicles;
- Present and advise customers on Nissan vehicle models, options, and features;
- Conduct test drives and assist customers in their decision-making process;
- Negotiate and close sales in a professional and ethical manner;
- Provide rigorous follow-up before, during, and after the sale to build a lasting relationship;
- Work closely with internal teams (financing, delivery, service) to ensure a smooth experience;
- Achieve sales targets while complying with Motion Group policies and standards.

Requirements:

- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in automotive sales (new and/or pre-owned vehicles);
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Strong sales and negotiation skills;
- Independence, motivation, and results-oriented;
- Proficiency with customer management software;
- Valid driver's licence.
