Action Chevrolet is growing rapidly and is looking to hire a Floor Manager / Assistant Sales Manager who is passionate about car sales and leadership.

Your role:
- Support the sales manager in the day-to-day management of the sales floor;
- Coach, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve and exceed objectives;
- Actively participate in sales strategies and performance optimization;
- Provide an exemplary customer experience, aligned with Chevrolet standards;
- Supervise follow-ups in the CRM.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in French and English;
