CarrXpert Terrebonne, a renowned automotive body shop, is currently seeking a Damage Estimator to join its dynamic and professional team.

Your main responsibilities:

- Assess damage to vehicles involved in accidents;
- Prepare accurate estimates of repair costs;
- Communicate with customers and insurance companies;
- Follow up on files until repairs are completed;
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure repairs meet quality standards.

Required profile:

- Experience in auto body damage assessment;
- Knowledge of estimation software is an asset;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Organizational skills, thoroughness, and attention to detail;
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously;
- Rigorous, detail-oriented, and professional;
- Independent, team player, and positive attitude.
