Sales Consultant – Prime Leasing
Full-Time | Monday to Friday | Commission + Benefits

Role Summary:

As a Sales Consultant, you will guide clients through the full leasing journey—from understanding their needs to presenting options and securing the best solution. This role requires curiosity, resourcefulness, and the ability to think creatively to tailor leasing options to each client’s unique situation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver a professional, client-focused leasing experience.
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable leasing options across all vehicle categories.
- Present vehicle features, benefits, and value clearly and confidently.
- Adapt creatively to customer needs and develop customized leasing solutions.
- Negotiate terms, trade-ins, and payments to close deals effectively.
- Maintain organized records and follow up consistently with leads and clients.
- Build long-term relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.
- Stay informed about industry trends, vehicle specs, and leasing programs.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year automotive sales or leasing experience.
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to think creatively to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Understanding of vehicle features, leasing structures, and market options.
- Bilingual – English & French.
- Organized and able to manage multiple leads at once.
- Valid driver’s licence with clean record.
- Computer Proficient (Microsoft Office)
