Job description
Scotti Alfa Romeo is expanding its after-sales and customer service department! We are currently looking for a Parts Clerk to join our team.
The candidate must enjoy new technologies and have a strong sense of customer service to ensure service that meets the highest quality standards.
Your duties will consist of managing, operating, and serving our parts department customers. You will work as part of a team with technicians and technical managers. We provide parts catalogs and modern software to help you better serve our customers. You will receive orders from technicians, customers, technical advisors, and even online orders!
If you meet the following criteria, you are the person we are looking for:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge of automotive mechanics or related experience;
- Priority management, flexibility, and adaptability;
- Strong listening skills to identify the needs of our customers;
- Organized, punctual, and independent;
- Bilingual (French and English);
- Comfortable with technology, computers, and inventory management systems.
