Job description
Volvo Cars St-Léonard is expanding its accounting department. We are currently looking for an Accounting Clerk with experience in the automotive industry.
Tasks:
- Cash balancing and accounting;
- Accounting for claim payments;
- Accounting for manufacturer parts invoices;
- Accounting for new and used vehicle purchase invoices, as well as control and follow-up;
- Accounting for manufacturer account statements;
- Bank reconciliation;
- Balancing and monitoring floor plans;
- Analyzing and monitoring schedules;
- Filing documents.
Required skills:
- Ability to work in a multi-dealership environment;
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft);
- Strong organizational, planning, and attention to detail skills;
- Ability to work in a team, under pressure, and with a high volume of work;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Knowledge of PBS software (an asset);
- Bilingual (French and English).
