Job description
We are looking for a highly qualified Administrative Assistant to support our commercial vehicles sales department. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and advanced proficiency in administrative and commercial tools.
Main responsibilities:
• Comprehensive management of customer files and sales follow-up;
• Preparation and verification of complex contracts;
• Coordinating with internal teams and external partners;
• Collecting, organizing, and analyzing performance indicators.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role;
• Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in administration in the automotive or commercial sector;
• Fluency in French (spoken and written);
• Organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (pivot tables, macros), Word, ERP, One80, and CRM;
• Immediate availability and flexible hours (including evenings and weekends if necessary);
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines;
• Excellent verifiable professional references.
Additional requirements:
• Mandatory skills test (Excel, writing, logic);
• In-person interview only;
• No possibility of remote work;
• Minimum wage of $20 per hour.
