Evening Receptionist

Genesis Rive-Sud is looking for a professional, welcoming, and organized evening Receptionist to join its team. If you enjoy working with customers, have excellent customer service skills, and are looking for a stable day/evening schedule, this position is for you.

Work schedule:

- Monday to Thursday: noon to 8 p.m.
- Friday: noon to 6 p.m.

Main responsibilities:

- Greet customers at the dealership with courtesy and professionalism;
- Answer and forward phone calls;
- Take and relay messages accurately;
- Provide basic administrative support to various departments;
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area that reflects the Genesis brand image.

Required profile:

- Professional appearance and positive attitude;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Organizational skills and ability to multitask;
- Comfortable with computers and telephone systems;
- Experience in reception or customer service (an asset).
