Lot Attendant / Building Maintenance (Handyman Skills Required)

Legacy Dodge is looking for a reliable, hands-on Lot Attendant with basic handyman and maintenance skills to help keep our dealership looking sharp and running smoothly. This is a full-time position with a great starting wage and immediate start available. 

What You'll Be Doing: 

 

• Managing vehicle flow on the lot (parking, organizing, moving vehicles)
• Keeping the lot clean, safe, and presentable year-round
• Performing basic building repairs and maintenance, including:
  • Minor carpentry and repairs
  • Fixing doors, locks, fixtures, and shelving
  • Light plumbing and electrical tasks
  • Painting and general upkeep
• Snow removal and seasonal maintenance
• Supporting the service and sales departments as needed

What We're Looking For: 
 

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Handyman or maintenance experience 
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all seasons
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Valid driver's license (required)
• Automotive or dealership experience is an asset, but not required
