Job description
Receptionist / Administrative Assistant – Dorval.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION:
- Be responsible for the telephone system;
- Answer more than 50 calls per day;
- Screen and transfer incoming calls;
- Greet customers;
- Carry out data entry;
- Manage file follow-ups;
- Perform other related general office tasks.
SKILLS:
- Experience in telephony and/or office work (an asset);
- Excellent knowledge of French and English in order to respond to French- and English-speaking customers;
- Good knowledge of computer software (Word, Outlook; Excel, an asset);
- Ability to work independently;
- Excellent call-taking skills: dynamic, courteous, and professional;
- Sense of responsibility, thoroughness, and attention to detail;
- Ability to work in a team and solve problems.
CONDITIONS:

- Hours from Monday to Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Fridays, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
